Carry Me... Carry Me Through Good Days Bad Days Happy Days And Sad Days.

When life gets difficult, it's fair to say I want to give up, not on life and I don't want to give up completely, but I will for those days to be well and truly over. A sense of longing.

Sometimes I just go 'Here, you do it' and I give up all too easily. Some days we have to go through hard days to get to the best days and at the end of those hard days, nine times out of ten, there is a reward of accomplishment waiting for us on the other side.

As a baby or as a toddler, we want to be held, sometimes we would as a little girl say 'Mummy, hold me'.

It seems like a comfort to be held when we are little and sometimes as we get older, we have to carry ourselves through the really rough days, a harsh reality of growing up. I'm showing you the parts of this song that resonate with me right now.

NATASHA BEDINGFIELD LYRICS

"Unwritten"

I am unwritten, can't read my mind, I'm undefined
I'm just beginning, the pen's in my hand, ending unplanned

Staring at the blank page before you
Open up the dirty window
Let the sun illuminate the words that you could not find

Reaching for something in the distance
So close you can almost taste it
Release your inhibitions
Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins
The rest is still unwritten

Oh, oh, oh

I break tradition, sometimes my tries, are outside the lines
We've been conditioned to not make mistakes, but I can't live that way. NO ONE CAN. WE ALL MAKE THEM.

Reaching for something in the distance
So close you can almost taste it
Release your inhibitions
Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins

Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins
The rest is still unwritten

Staring at the blank page before you
Open up the dirty window
Let the sun illuminate the words that you could not find

Reaching for something in the distance
So close you can almost taste it
Release your inhibitions
Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins

Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins
The rest is still unwritten
The rest is still unwritten
The rest is still unwritten

Oh, yeah, yeah
